Motorcycle Dyno Tuning

Every tune starts with a baseline pull and ends with a printed before-and-after sheet. No guesswork, no generic maps.

A dyno session puts your bike on the rollers under load, exactly the way it runs on the road or track. We log air-fuel ratio, horsepower and torque across the whole rev range, then adjust fuel, ignition timing and throttle maps until the curve is smooth from idle to redline.

Most riders come in after a full exhaust system, high-flow air filter or ECU flash, when the bike runs lean, surges at part throttle or just feels flat. A proper tune fixes the drivability first and finds the power second, because a bike that is nervous at 30% throttle is not fast anywhere.

You leave with the dyno sheet, the map on the bike, and an honest conversation about what the next performance upgrade would actually be worth.

Questions

Dyno Tuning FAQ

How long does a dyno tune take?

Plan on the bike being with us for a day. Multi-map setups (race fuel, different exhausts) can take longer.

Do I need an exhaust or intake first?

No. A stock bike still benefits from a tune, especially the fuel cut and lean part-throttle calibration from the factory. Mods widen the gains.

Will the tune void my warranty?

Ask your dealer; it depends on the manufacturer and how the tune is applied. We will tell you what is reversible.

Ready for dyno tuning?
